- Rich Compost: A chutney of turnips, radishes, pears, raisins herbs and spices
- Onion salad: Roasted onions tossed in a spice mix
- Mosserous Florys: Grilled muhrooms
- Nucato: Italian nut crunch with honey and spices
- Sweet spring lamb: Roasted on the spit with a red wine baste
- Sparrow grass: Asparagus fried
- Good pease pottage: Peas cooked in stock with herbs
- A herb salad: Young herbs to sweeten the breath and the spirt
- A herb custard: Eggs and herbs cooked and served hot
- Red ripe strawberries bathed in Rosewater: Strawberries soaked in rosewater and sugar
- Clouds of Brie
- Fish Surprise: This was two dishes – one of trout of pastry and one of sausage meat in pastry, both cooked in Fish shaped moulds
- Chickens in onion sauce: Chickens cooked in stock with onions, bread and herbs
- Buttered Gooseberries: Gooseberries stewed in butter and sugar chilled in bread
- Emeles: Almond cakes fried
- Stuffed figs: Figs stuffed with almonds, raisins, spices and sugar and then fried
